Part time, 15 hours per week, £37,000 per annum pro-rata.

We’re looking for someone with experience at a senior level and strong leadership and organisational skills to provide effective management of the Foundation and two other independent, associated grant-giving trusts. The trusts give over £1/2 million each year to a wide variety of charities in education, health and leisure and to past and present employees ofthe business for education and to help in times of crisis.
As the role will involve raising awareness among potential beneficiaries and replying to grant applications, you must be a confident communicator able to engage with a wide range of people, both within and outside. You’ll also need to work independently with plenty of initiative and have a good head for figures, as day-to-day management will be very much down to you, acting on behalf of the trustees.
While our head office is situated in Street, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, it may be that, initially, you will be required to work from home, at least some of the time.
