About the role
You’ll be supporting Jack* who has autism and ADHD, he lives in single person supported living service in Luton. He is a fairly independent individual but will need support and encouragement with general daily tasks such as housework, shopping, preparing meals etc.
It is essential that you can drive, as a key part of the role will be supporting him in his activities outside of his home. He attends college and has broad range of evening activities
There may some personal care involved or giving assistance with medication but we will provide you with full training plus advice and help from your Frontline Manager and a Senior Practitioner.

Firstly, you don’t need experience to become a Support Worker but it’s not easy. The work can be demanding and challenging at times but no 2 days are the same and the reward of seeing YOUR personal impact is incredibly inspiring and it’s something you’ll never forget.
As long as you have the passion and drive to want to make a real difference, we’ll teach you the rest. With your key attributes and our training, together we can deliver the best possible support.
You must be a driver with a manual licence, as you will be driving service vehicles.
