About the role:
Eldermere is located on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet and is home to 6 people most of whom have lived there for many years.The people who live at Eldermere need support with day to day activities, Moving and Handing and Personal Care. Colleagues need to be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings, ideally be able to drive and also be able to walk a reasonable distance possibly supporting one of the people who requires a wheelchair . The people who live at Eldermere love to have fun and enjoy new experiences.
