Hays Education are looking for Psychology Specialist Teachers who are looking for work from September. We work with a large number of schools on an exclusive basis around Bristol and Somerset who will be looking for Teachers when schools re-open.
Your new role
As a Psychology Teacher you will be taking responsibility for the education of secondary school students; planning preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class and maintaining a positive learning environment on a daily and/or long-term basis. Working with our Secondary Education team to secure a role for the new academic will give you the opportunity to find a role that is tailored to you. Whether that is day-to-day supply or a long-term teaching position, on a part-time or full-time basis.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful for a Psychology Teacher job you must have Qualified Teacher Status (UK) and experience teaching with the last five years, this can be within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will have an excellent understanding of the UK curriculum. You will ideally be an approachable and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times.
