From £46,212 to £50,801 per annum for 37 hours per week

Our extensive portfolio includes corporate properties, shops, offices, community buildings two large business parks as well as the management of some significant commercial partnerships.
You will be expected to lead on Corporate Property Project for the Council, manage elements of the Council’s current Asset Management which includes undertaking the Councils annual valuations. You will also manage Landlord and Tenant matters.
With a recognised property-related qualification, to a degree level or extensive relevant experience, you’ll have knowledge of commercial and industrial building construction.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise with people at all levels both within and outside the Council. Excellent IT skills are also essential with experience of using valuation software.
