We are recruiting for Support Workers in Horncastle on full-time, part-time and relief basis.

As a valued support worker, you’ll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.
You’ll support for 10 hours a week across two services, shifts can be within school hours (to be discussed at interview). This will include every other Saturday and one other day in the week, which is set, however, it may fluctuate in the school holidays. We would need for you to be flexible to do additional shifts as over time to help support and cover holidays and other absences n a ad hoc basis. You’ll be supporting 3 ladies and be comfortable to lone work.
You would need to have a full UK/EU driving licence and have access to a car to take out the people we support out and about.
